The trees in our walnut grove were planted over fifty years ago and each spring, as temperatures warm and the cold of winter begins to fade, we head into the woods to collect sap. Once collected, the sap is boiled over a wood fire until all that is left is the absolute goodness of pure black walnut syrup. 

Sweet, with a hint of butterscotch and caramel. Drizzled over fruit, aged cheese, ice cream, or pancakes, there are few things a special as black walnut syrup. Produced in very limited quantity as the trees permit. Pure Liquid Gold.
